MBEC PHOTO DIARY (LTP)

Hiii!

Some of you might already know that I joined Mercu Buana English Club a.k.a MBEC unit organization. This time, MBEC held Leadership Training Program as usual. I do love the theme because it's unique and fresh. "Lead the Ship, This Is Not A Game." So the story was the leader of the team has a member who participate in the ship and the leader should lead every member to be united. Yeah, at least the story was like that.

At this time, We're not the one who be the participant anymore. We're the committee. All people from 'Angkatan 2013' be the committee in LTP. I'm so excited! Don't you see?

I actually don't want to share this photo in website because I just want that I'm the only one who knows this thing and I keep it safely. But hey, who doesn't want to share a delightful thing?
according to the book that I've read, "you will know every single thing of everyone if you take them in adventure"
I'm not doing an adventure but it has the same situation.

LTP is the program that I always waiting for. Maybe because I'm a 'baper' person so that every moment is always precious for me. Besides I always feel close after back from LTP with others. The point is, I'm happy!

In short, LTP was held in Taman Safari Bogor, Villa Orchid.  It starts on May 22-24, 2015 ^-^

This is the last game which is really exciting. Because the theme is about ship, so that the committee made the game related to it. Everyone in the ship has their own occupations (everyone grabs the paper from the box) and everyone has a claim to push 5 persons away from the ship. But before, they have a right to choose whether they want to know their hidden skill or not. It's depend on you too! 

and I got a prostitute one :( it really is hard to keep it and just one go I pushed away. That's okay !

Well, I have pretty much nothing to write but im here anyways so I might as well say something. Every moment is just wonderful. I can't describe and tell you with a long caption but trust me you must be know after looking at these picture.

    I might be late and didnt came from the beginning pf the event, but after look at these pictures you've posted.. I'm totally agree that you guys .. Make very great event and very awesome event different than we've made in our era .. Congratulations !!..
    And hopefully, you guys could take the ship together, forever ..
    Thanks to keep the ship still sail, to the land of hope, lead the ship and love the crew :)

      There is no word that I can say besides Thank You!! We learn much from Senior too Ka so that we could improve the theme or even rundown to be better.
      Maybe next year of LTP you've to come earlier. That must be very very fun!
      LTP always make me feel close to everyone there. It's like they're my second family ^^
      Amiinnn.. InshaAllah we will do our best to keep the ship still sail.

SOMETIMES WE ARE JUST TOO AFRAID

I have that one moment when I feel overwhelmed everytime I try to voice my opinion which I think there is nothing wrong with it. Sometimes I end up asking people again even after what I did. For example, my best friends. I ask them to validate my emotions and what I just did. Did I do something right? Were the things I did right? Am I overreacting? Is this the right thing for me to do? Do you think I should stay calm about it all? There are pros and cons to it and if it’s more towards the cons, I’ll feel upset, stressed, and overthinking. I vividly remember that my body feel exhausted, I cannot sleep in a peace, and my mind keep ruminating for certain things. Unfortunately, in Asian culture, most of us tend to be quiet about everything that happens in our lives. We have a feeling that if we try to speak up, there will be some people who will hate us and we overanalyze in our minds that people will look at us differently. That’s quite normal. EMBRACING EMOTIONS EMBRACING ME

Hello gorgeous! This time I want to talk about human relationship. I'd like to figure things out like why this person behave this way? I always love to learn about this but, this time is a bit different because I watched quite a lot of podcast about human relationships. For instance, Jay Shetty, Stephan Speaks, and Lisa Bilyeu. Of course I don't watch all of their podcast. I choose what I want to watch based on the interviewees. As far as I watched, I'm more to Stephan, Najwa Zebian, Lori Gottlieb, Sadia Khan, and dr. Ramani. Oh I also write a summary that you can find from my highlight on instagram :) and the reason why I wrote that because I might be come to watch the podcast anymore when I feel like I want to but there is a feeling where I think it's tough since the length of videos mostly are 1-2 hours so I decided to make a summary.
